However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, we offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with the original invoice/bill included.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to verification by our quality control team. Products that show signs of use, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery will not qualify for exchange.


2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless damaged in transit).
  • Digital resources, downloadable content, or e-learning subscriptions.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Kriyaa website or authorised partners are non-refundable.

Once a transaction has been completed, no cash or online refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In the event of product issues covered under this policy, customers may choose one of the following resolutions:

  • Exchange for the same product, or
  • Exchange for an equivalent product of the same value.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
